BBC remembers John Mack's abductee study

Harvard psychiatrist and professor John Mack (right), who died in an auto accident last year, is being remembered by BBC as the expert who denied abductees are crazy.

Mack was the subject of a BBC radio special in the UK last week. Mack once noted, "They [Harvard] tried to criticise me, silence me - by saying that by supporting the truth of what these people were experiencing, possibly I was confirming them in a distortion, or a delusion. So instead of being a good psychiatrist and curing them, I was by taking them seriously, confirming them in a delusion and harming them."
