PhysOrg lists new wave of moon trips

A non-bylined piece on PhysOrg dated July 15 lists the moon expeditions planned for the next five years, with the US apparently bringing up the rear with a very late start.

PhysOrg counts these trips as in the offing: SMART-1 (Europe, arrived in lunar orbit in November, pictured at right); Lunar A and Selene (Japan, due in 2006); Chandrayaan-1 (India, 2007); CHANG'E-1 (China, 2008); Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (USA, 2008); Moonrise (USA, 2009).
